Similar to a metro card, with just one tap, riders can now buy a 1, 2, or 24-hour pass, and hop on any scooter in our fleet, for any amount of time, within the duration of their pass. Dockless mobility on its own is already a great option for getting around, but with Spin Pass, we’re taking things to the next level.

In our recently unveiled New Normal campaign, we celebrate the evolution of scooters from something novel to something normal. More and more people are discovering that Spin is an easy, fun, and yes, normal way to get around. Our data from late Spring shows increased levels of first-time riders and longer trip durations:
- In April and May, we saw a 34% average increase in new daily active users week over week.
- The average trip duration increased by 44% in May, when compared to the same time last year.
